Clinical psychology for adults, with a particular focus on anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship difficulties, and ADHD. Support for life transitions, existential crises, and workplace challenges. Interest in working with expatriates and culturally diverse populations, ethnopsychology, and expressive and artistic techniques in the therapeutic process

Breve CV

He holds a Master’s degree in Psychodynamic Clinical Psychology from ISPA, with a thesis on the Seminar on Ethnopsychoanalysis and an internship at the Day Hospital of the Psychiatry and Mental Health Service at Santa Maria Hospital.
He has worked as a clinical psychologist at the Portuguese Red Cross, Spring Health, and the Isa Silvestre Clinic.
He is currently completing his specialization in Gestalt Psychotherapy at the IPG School of Gestalt Therapy in Madrid.
