Graduated in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto (1995).
She was National Coordinator of the DGS Lung Clinical Guidelines (2013).
Responsible for the medical area of the IPO Sarcoma Unit (January 2005 - May 2017) and Coordinator of the Lung Unit (January 2012 - June 2019), taking over in 2023.
She attended AESE's Senior Management Program for Health Institutions (PADIS) (2017).
Clinical Director of IPO PORTO (June 2019 - September 2022).
Senior Assistant Professor of Medical Oncology at IPO Porto since October 2022.
She is principal investigator and co-investigator of several phase II and III clinical trials, as well as several observational studies evaluating health outcomes.
She has co-authored several national and international scientific publications in indexed national and international journals.
