Pediatric Psychiatry is a medical specialty dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of emotional, behavioral, and social disorders in children and adolescents which impact normal development.
Intervening for the promotion of mental health in young people, Lusíadas Saúde Pediatric Psychiatry Units provide the human and technological means necessary for creating personalized interventions which include the family, school, and other community structures essential for mental health.
